The Supreme Court found that a regulation of the Government of the Republic allowing retroactive recovery of expenditure reimbursed from structural aid for 2014-2020 is unconstitutional. According to the Court, the regulation also provides for stricter regulation of procurement procedures and subsidies which were organised or decided before the new version of the regulation was introduced.
